Savory foods have been the nucleus of family gatherings my entire life. Some of my fondest memories are centered around gatherings filled with love, laughter and delicious spreads of food. As a child, I would pull a chair up alongside my Mom and Big Mama and watch them prepare delicious meals and aesthetically pleasing desserts, the BEST part of the meal! Thus, the desire to recreate those delicious meals and precious memories was born, followed by a nick name given and push from dear friends to earn money for doing something I love.

Many hours have been spent trying to decipher Big Mama'smeasurements of "a pinch of this, a dash of that" (without a written recipe) to produce the deliciousness that left a life time's impression on my tongue and in my heart.
